Silicon Knights ordered to destroy unsold games

X-Men: Destiny

Silicon Knights lost the lawsuit with Epic earlier this year over issues with the Unreal Engine, but more difficulties are to follow for the Canadian game developer.

The company has until December 10, 2012 to destroy any unsold software made with Unreal Engine 3, according to court documents — that includes Too Human, The Box/Ritualyst, The Sandman, X-Men: Destiny, and Siren in the Maelstrom. Any copies left at retailers must be recalled, with Silicon footing the bill. Further production and distribution of the affected titles must also cease.

If you've been meaning to pick up any of these games, this may be your last chance to find them.
